Hello Mark, Ordered my G1000HD interconnects from you yesterday and they arrived today as per your usual excellent service.
I installed them between my Musical Fidelity A5 amp and Arcam CD36 player (replacing the Canare cables I purchased from you last year).
I felt I had to write to say how pleased I am with these stunning cables. I know a well known hi fi magazine recently reviewed this product and all I can say is the reviewer must have cloth ears or something was terribly wrong with their listening enviroment.
What I am hearing bears no comparison to the review and I am enjoying revisiting cd's and hearing things I've never picked up on before.
These cables together with the power leads I purchased from you last year have enhanced the performance of my system no end for which I am most grateful.

14 December 2009 - Mains Cables
Felt I had to let you know how pleased I am with the two mains cables I recently purchased from you. I've had them in my system now for three days and the improvement in clarity and overall sound is superb.
I can't get my head around the science of mains cables and I must admit to first being a bit sceptical but from the initial install the improvement was really noticeable.
The build quality like the Canare interconnects I recently bought from you is first class.
Sometime in the future I might be tempted to try your new G1000HD interconnects but at present I'm more than happy with how your cables have improved my system.

The quality of the cables is superb. I have only installed 1 so far and am very pleased with it.
I am very aware of the controversy surrounding "up-market" digital cables in that a "cheapie" will do the job just as well, but to my tired old eyes there is a definite improvement in sharpness and density of colour. just a quick word to say thankyou for such a fast delivery on 3 cables i ordered at tea time last night they and the cable i asked you to swop came at 11-30am this morning, i got a mate round to wire them up but what a sound and picture, we could both tell and my mate is one of the biggest sceptics when it comes to cables but he was stuned at the diferance.

Hi All
I received my mains cables in good order and would like to comment on their performance. Three of the cables were for use in a hifi system. On first audition there was a difference in that the extreme frequencies (especially treble - probably my system) were exaggerated almost uncomfortably. However in the short "burn in" period of about two to three days the sound became altogether sweeter and more detailed, with treble and bass extension very much in proportion to the overall sound. This improvement has continued with "air" being added around instruments and some very subtle detail appearing.
The remaining cables were for a TV and a DVD player. Here the initial impact was of quite substantial pixellation on the TV at times of fast motion whilst brightness, detail and colour balance improved. Again after a short burn in period the pixellation reduced and contrast, colour, sharpness and detail continued to improve. TV sound was clearer, detailed and more atmospheric. Speech and voice are much more natural. The DVD player also showed much improved dynamics in the picture and the sound, with immersive energy seeming to attach itself to playback quality.
I am very pleased with the results and I will be recommending your cables to my friends.

Hi Mark, thanks for the PM, and hope you had a great Xmas.
I can genuinely say I am delighted with the cables. My system was previously wired with expensive VdH cables. The speaker cable alone was £90 per metre. I bought your cables as I needed quite a bit more cable, and couldn't afford to do what I wanted to do if I stuck with VdH. Having read many good things on the forums, I thought I would take the plunge and have a complete rewire using your cables, on the basis that if I didn't like them, I didn't think they would be too hard to shift
Rather than try each cable individually, which would have taken an age, I warmed up the equipment for an hour, and then went in for a listen. I played a couple of songs from my current 3 fave albums, and then changed all the cables over.
The difference was immediately obvious. The soundstage was more open, and the music just seemed more alive. In comparison, the VdH sounded compressed, especially at the top end. My biggest fear was that the top end would now be shrill, but this was unfounded. A particualrly revealing album is Antony and the Johnsons. I've heard systems play this that want to make your ears bleed, so uncomfortable were the upper registers. But I had no such problems.
What has been very interesting, is a friend rang me who had just bought the new Arcam DV139. He couldn't get a set of phono cables at short notice for CD replay, so wanted to borrow a set. I took out a pair of yours, and he collected. I could see he looked slightly underwhelmed, as they weren't a 'high end named brand'. He admitted later he was prepared to spend up to £200 on a set of cables.
Long story short, he emailed me later that day to say he had been incredibly impressed with the quality of sound from the phono's, and was then stunned to see how much they cost when he checked the forum. Needless to say you received an order from him that day
When I need any new cables, I think its fair to say I will be coming back to you.

The cables arrived the following day, your customer service is first class!! is anyone is having trouble deciding if the service or cable quality will be up to scratch the needn't worry.

The cables are excellent and the PQ from the HDMI lead is fantastic. Didn't know what to expect from a 5m cable but the picture is definately better than from the 1m one that sky provides (HD broadcasts are definately the way to go).
The picture I get from my DVD player through the Component cable is really detailed, so much better than through SCART.
If I need any more cables in the future you will definately be my first port of call.
