Connector body is designed to be easy to hold when connecting cables to AV equipment and also will securely accept large diameter high quality HDMI cables that are needed to achieve 1.3 specification at 1080P.
Every aspect of this cable is a custom design. Designing this cable has taken many months of research and development to produce the perfect cable at a reasonable price.
Cable cores are highest quality silver plated copper, each data pair is screened with foil, then protected by an overall foil screen and then a dense braided screen, PVC outerjacket and nylon protective braid, in a custom bright blue colour.
That means triple screening for each data pair, and a total of six screens in the cable.
Every cable is tested 3 times.
- First of all a continuity test to ensure correct pin configuration during assembly.
- A full bandwidth test with a broadcast quality signal generators to ensure support of full 1080P HDTV.
- Finally each cable is then tested with actual 1080P video.
Every cable is 100% perfect.
Testing cables takes a little bit of time and is a very boring task, but perfection is the aim and has been achieved !
No false promises or sparklies as with many untested cables, that usually cost much more than our 1080P cables !
