Just a quick note to say that the service Mark has provided over these last few weeks has been excellent. I ordered the jumper cables which arrived promptly, but due to an awkward binding post layout underneath my speakers I was unable to fit them satisfactorily. I emailed Mark and he quickly sent out a second pair cut to the size I felt suitable and they arrived quickly and fit much better. My fault for not checking properly in the first place! Very impressed with the service provided. Just need to try them out now!
